Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani () (born 5 July 1955 in Sarawan, Balochistan) was the Chief Minister of Balochistan from 9 April 2008 till 14 January 2013. He was sacked by the Prime Minister of Pakistan by imposing Governor Rule after the January 2013 Pakistan bombings. He is also the chief of the Raisani tribe of the Sarawan area,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Welcome to the Website of Provincial Assembly of Balochistan )〕 succeeding late Nawab Ghound Baksh Raisani as the eldest son. The Raisani tribe is one of the most politically influential tribes in Balochistan, the largest province of Pakistan by area. He was elected Chief Minister of Balochistan on 9 April 2008.〔 == Technical career == Raisani initially claimed that he was a mechanical engineer (DAE) with a degree from Baluchistan University but this has never been verified. Nawab Aslam Raisani was interested in Engineering and Technology.
